**Responsibilities:**

Originate and process mortgage loans from start to finish

Meet with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and present available options

Conduct financial analysis and review credit reports to determine loan eligibility

Prepare and submit loan applications to the bank

Review and approve contracts and escrow agreements

Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and FNMA guidelines

Utilize financial software to manage and track loan applications

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the bank to resolve any issues or concerns related to the loan process

**Experience:**

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on loan origination and processing

Proven experience with financial sales and customer service

Strong understanding of mortgage products, including fixed and adjustable rate loans, government-backed loans, and jumbo loans

Familiarity with financial software and basic math skills

Experience with contracts and escrow agreements

Knowledge of FNMA guidelines and Fair Housing regulations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

NMLS License is REQUIRED
